In December 2023, I saw something I couldn’t ignore - people struggling, hungry, and overlooked. I wanted to do something, no matter how small
So, with my pocket money, I started Project Eudaimonia, providing meals and U-Turn vouchers to just over 25 individuals experiencing homelessness. It wasn’t a grand plan - just a simple act of kindness. But in that moment, I realised that even small actions can spark real change.
I founded the Michael Daniel Bam Foundation because I believe silence in the face of injustice is not an option.
We must stand up, stand together, and, most importantly, stand for each other. I want to use my voice as a voice for the voiceless—to remind people that dignity, compassion, and hope should never be out of reach. Because we rise by lifting others, we don’t just change lives - we create a world where everyone has a place, no one is forgotten, and hope is always within reach.
Today, we continue that mission, growing with every meal served, every life touched, and every person who joins us in believing that a better world is possible. Because change starts with action - and none of us are too young to make a difference.
Michael-Daniel Bam, Founder

Our projects are carefully designed to address the immediate needs of individuals and communities while also fostering long-term empowerment.
The team handles day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth running of the Foundation and the effective implementation of its projects and initiatives. The majority of the team is composed of youth, driven by the belief that, as the leaders of tomorrow, we must take action and create change starting today.
The three Directors, each with a wealth of experience in their respective fields, provide strategic guidance and oversight. Their leadership ensures that the Foundation’s work remains aligned with its mission, upholding the highest standards of accountability and impact.

This May, we are aiming to provide 150 individuals experiencing homelessness with essential hygiene products - including soap, toothpaste, sanitisers, and more - to help restore dignity and promote personal wellbeing.
For many, access to basic hygiene is something easily taken for granted. But for those living without shelter or support, it can be a daily struggle. Through Project Plýsi, the Foundation is committed to uplifting those in need by offering not just hygiene items, but a renewed sense of self-worth, care, and hope.
